"I grabbed a few skincare things from..."
I grabbed a few skincare things from French Pharmacy, and it was kind of a mixed bag. The moisturizer was actually decent and helped with my dry skin a bit, so I’ll give them that. But the serum? Yeah, that one didn’t really pull its weight. I used it for a couple weeks and barely noticed anything, so that was a little annoying. Overall it wasn’t a bad order, but I definitely expected more. Guess it depends on the product, or maybe my skin just wasn’t having it.

"Tracking was really unclear"
The tracking was a mess. I got a tracking number, but it barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they just sent back the same vague response. I still had no real idea where my order was, if that makes sense. Frustrating experience overall.

"Took a little longer, but it worked out"
I don’t think it was as big of a hassle as some people might expect. The order made it through customs without me having to do much at all, which was a relief. Sure, it took a bit longer than I was hoping, but that’s kind of how customs can go, so I’m not really blaming the seller for that. Everything arrived fine in the end, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"I ordered my usual skincare from…"
I ordered my usual skincare from French Pharmacy and it showed up faster than I expected, which made me weirdly happy. Everything was packed properly, nothing felt off, and the prices seemed decent too. I don’t know, it just felt like an easy, solid order all around. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

"Wrong items again and no one to talk to"
They sent me the wrong items again, which is already frustrating enough, but what makes it worse is that there’s no real person to contact about it. Everything feels automated, and I just wanted to explain the issue to an actual human and get it sorted out.

"Quick delivery, tracking could be better :)"
I ordered a few skincare bits from frenchpharmacy and the delivery was actually fast! It showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise :) The only thing was that the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, so I was kind of wondering where my parcel was for a bit. But it arrived in good condition and overall the speed was great. I’d order again — just wish the tracking was a little clearer!

"Loyalty points didn’t really help"
I kept placing orders because I thought the rewards would be worth it, but when it came time to check out, the points barely did anything. I reached out to support, and they didn’t really give me a clear answer. it just felt like a waste of time.

"Checkout Was More Hassle Than It Needed to Be"
I tried ordering from frenchpharmacy.com, but the checkout kept freezing and my payment didn’t go through the first time. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until late in the process, which felt unnecessary and kind of annoying. I might give it another try, but it wasn’t a great experience

"Good Order, Shipping Felt Pricey"
My order arrived fine and everything was okay, so no complaints there. I just got the feeling the shipping cost was a bit high for what it was. I’d probably order again, but I’d save it for bigger purchases rather than small ones.

"Refund came through eventually"
I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and I kept checking for updates. Customer service wasn’t terrible or anything, just a bit slow, which was annoying. But yeah, the money came back, so overall it worked out...

"Way Too Pricey for Me"
I was about to grab a few skincare products from French Pharmacy, but then I saw the prices and had a total “why is this so complicated?” moment. Some of the same items were cheaper on other sites before even adding shipping, so it just didn’t make sense to keep going. Maybe they do carry good products, but for me it didn’t feel worth it. I ended up leaving my cart and ordering somewhere else.

"Crushed box, but the items survived"
The box showed up crushed, like it had been tossed around, stacked under something heavy, or maybe dragged across the truck. I was expecting something inside to be cracked, dented, leaking, or completely broken, but luckily everything was fine. The products themselves weren’t damaged at all, which was a relief. Packaging definitely could’ve been better, though.

"Didn’t feel comfortable enough to order"
My pharmacist mentioned I should be careful about ordering meds from this site, so I decided to look into it a bit more. After checking some reviews and looking through the site, it just didn’t feel clear enough for me to feel confident placing an order. To be fair, I didn’t actually buy anything, so I can’t speak to the service or products directly, I just personally didn’t want to take the risk.

"Products Seem Legit, Shipping Was Slow"
The skincare items I ordered looked authentic to me — same packaging and scent as what I usually buy, which was reassuring. That said, the shipping took longer than I expected, so that was a bit frustrating. Overall, everything was fine once it arrived, just not amazing enough for more than 3 stars...

"Pretty much what I expected"
They had some stuff in stock, but of course my usual cream was sold out again. I feel like every time I come in, that’s the one thing missing, so this kind of just confirmed what I already thought.

"Nice samples, but I felt a bit misled"
The samples were nice and the little gifts were cute, so I did appreciate that. But i felt a bit misled because I expected the delivery to be quicker based on how it was presented. It did arrive in the end, just slower than I thought
